Workshops
We utilize the 3P method in our line design workshop. This highly effective method involves assembling a cross functional team at your facility. We facilitate a weeklong event where we brainstorm 7 ways to accomplish each process step. We sketch ideas and concepts on flip charts and build upon one another’s ideas. We get creative and plaster the conference room walls with concept sketches! At the end of day 2 we start to converge on the best ideas based on criteria that the team establishes. We build mock ups of the line on day 3 and refine the concepts. During day 4 we finish up the mock up and create a financial model estimating investment cost and projected return on investment. During day 5 we prepare a report out in which each member of the project team presents an overview of the week and the results that we accomplished.

After the line design workshop, you will have the concepts outlined. Detailed engineering drawings are the next step.
Right Sized Equipment Design
We offer engineering services by a licensed Professional Engineer to fully define the equipment and tooling. You will receive 3 dimensional CAD models and 2 dimensional prints fully defining your machines and tooling. We perform all mechanical engineering design in house and sub-contract with trusted partners to provide Electrical Engineering and machine programming.
Project Management
You can contract with others to build your machines and tooling or we will manage the construction of your machines and tooling using trusted partners.
All of our services are billed at time and materials.
